::april::

it's already may.  you still have a lot of photos taken on april that you know if you will never post them when you missed the moment.  what can you say about april, hmmm.. it's insanely chill and cool than what it supposed to be. april is a colorful one and with the daylight getting much longer, you are starting to get more active and eating light as well...
you made a batch of seremban siew pao - although it's not your first time attempting but the fact that you're too careful with the water dough has caused a very dry crust
and neither had you seasoned the bbq pork filling enough to get the umpph despite of the crust.  all in all, it's not really a success attempt and you are stuck with 20 of these mini paos that you have to freeze them in batch...
 mussel in reisling wine sauce, light and refreshing....
 especially when you eat it with oven baked fries...
the lunch becomes lighter these days with a simple cold soba, teriyaki salmon and green salad combo
 light and refreshing too....
and these days, all you crave for lunch is just a plate of colorful salad drizzle with good quality olive oil and balsamic vinegar and you are quire addicted to radish lately...

that's april and now let's enjoy may!
