good morning!!
today i served up this brunch... it's the brunch that i have tasted at m. henry in chicago and it's unforgettable... since it is already early spring, so serving a berries bliss cake (as how m. henry named this dish) makes perfect sense...

it consists of two slices of american pancakes, warm mixed berries, a dollop of yogurt, a handful of muesli, some fresh strawberries and sprinkle of powered sugar

i assembly this without looking at the photo at all, so everything is relying on my memory and taste bud then when i was in chicago, but glad to say they are quire similar....

perhaps m henry version has more muesli and looks cleaner on top layer but apart from that the taste is quite identical...
perfect way to start a lazy early spring saturday...
