weekend!! finally!! it's been cold and snowy. apple, cinnamon and chocolate come to my mind!!

it's been snowing since i wake up. in fact most part of western europe is experiencing this snow storm in early december. lots of snow, so much that we have to abandon project mosaic and stay home. i don't mind the snow really especially in the weekend. i actually quite enjoy watching the snow slowly stack up in our garden...

while baking this apple chocolate cake... and feeling the warmth in the house and the extreme cold out there and waiting...

for the moment when i can finally take a slice and holding a mug of hot chocolate milk in my hand

and enjoying a bite of warm apple chocolate cake

and

doing nothing!!
