black.sesame.pudding.黒.胡.麻.プ.リ.ン

okay, let's take a breakie from museum hopping and have some desserts. ^.^
made this yesterday after work, swift and easy.

 black sesame cream pudding (黒胡麻プリン)
i omit the cream to make this a light dessert and would substitute milk with soy milk if i have some at home...
obviously my interpretation is very different from what you see in the recipe book.
 i love the sunken black sesame visual effect...
and a silky texture, powerful black sesame aromatic flavor yet light enough for a weekday summer night.

i wanted to try making this jelly but i couldnt see the recipe. can i trouble you for the recipe?

hi, it's a recipe from the book Okashi - sweet treats made with love
Ingredients:
- fresh milk -300g
- Store bought sesame paste 50g
- Sugar 35h
- gelatin sheets 5g
- whipping cream 40g
- black sugar (I omit)
Method:
(1) combine milk, sesame paste and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a boil
(2) add softened gelatin sheets and (3) whipping cream, mix well, pour the mixture into 6 small cups and chill in fridge until set
(3) serve jelly topped with chopped black sugar.
