i know, i just said that i can't work in the kitchen because of a bruised finger and stranded right hand, but my hands were itchy when the other master chef was monopolizing the kitchen, so i decided to invade the kitchen only with something really simple.
summer berries are very affordable now, as we grabbed a few packs of strawberries, black berries and raspberries, we were discussion what to make and while he has his idea of what he wants these fruits to be, i can only opt for something very simple that doesn't require me to carry or operate any heavy device.
and so this very berry bavarois is conceived...
i think the mold makes a different and i so happened to pick up a new silicone mold from dok (a cookery shop in den haag) where the silicone molds are on sales...
it's a pretty sweet treat that pleasing the eyes, even just to admire from a distance...
the bavarois is bursting of the summer fruits, it makes me feel a lot happier. my MIL has a taste of it and just loving it, she is usually quite skeptical when i served her my desserts or sweet but she finished this one in no time.
cheers to the summer and the berry fruits. and i hope i not only got to enjoy the berry fruits but also in abundance of the fruit of the spirit which is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control
