although you dislike the city of kashi or kashgar (喀什）, you do find some of them appear to be friendly. here are definitely some friendly uyghurs you encountered during your short visit to kashi, the southern region of xinjiang （南疆）.

recently there are some unrest incidents in both cities that you stepped your foot on, about the chinese (han/汉族) and the uyghurs （维吾尔族）. you are a little worry for your friends in urumqi (乌鲁木齐) and in kashi, but you know they will be safe in His hands...
it's friday again, your right hand and fingers are still a little hurt, so there will be nothing much happening in the kitchen this weekend... hopefully it will recover in the next days..
