cafe.amelie

after the monday night dinner in paris and a quick hike up to montmatre, you are still not in the mood to retreat to your hotel. so you walk your way down and trying to show your italian colleague the famous moulin rouge.

this is your first time walking on the street at night, it's obviously the red light district of paris with the neon and the alternative entertainments on offer....

moulin rouge is shinning in the night with a really long line of people queuing to get in for a performance. 
and with no interest to get in for the performance, not that it's possible in the first place, you decided to check out the side street where the movie amelie was filmed. and you found your cafe amelie  and the vegetables store where she bought her green...

although the real name of the cafe is cafe des deux moulins....

and yes, amelie was there when you visited....

after the paris trip you are swamp with work again, these are not billable work but more internal work to get things organized and be ready when the market moves...  today you got a call from the head of the unit and you are now officially appointed as the champion of an important business process. you are glad that you are being cherry picked but that also translate into additional workload outside your day job. but you know you have the spirit of excellence in you that you can do all things through Him.
