jala.jala-ing

you shutdown completely over the weekend, the time of the month that you couldn't do much about but resting.
on monday, you thought you are alive and kicking again after a really horrible weekend.  and you didn't like the overnight soggy macaroni for lunch so assuming you are slowly recouping your energy and craving for food (you hardly eat anything since last friday night)...well at least you were in the mood to attempt the rot jala (net crepe) after the failed attempt on the first day of the year.
this time is a total success and a brisk to compose. from imperfect to total perfection ^^.  however with half recipe you still stood and jala-jala-ing for over an hour and then your body became extremely cold even working on the hot ceramic ring making your net pancake.

you thought that the spring already arrives, with flowers start sprouting out but in reality you are back into freezing winter temperature since yesterday. may be it is just your body condition that you feel weak but you know that it is indeed cold out there **blurr**


with that much of blood discharged from your body, you know you are low in red blood cells and iron. perhaps too much of jala-jala-ing is not good to you but you know it's time to improve the red elements in your body and slow yourself down and take things easy. every transition of posture from sleep to sit, sit to stand, stand to climbing the stair bring you a milliseconds of blackout. let alone the short breath of doing nothing... 

jala-jala-ing was fun, it gave you a sense of accomplishment of overcoming a failure, and a delicious yummy warm lunch that please your palate but for now any tonic that will increase my iron and red blood cells is all you need for now....
