How's your Saturday? I woke up early this morning, feeling myself at the best of the whole week, energetic and decided to prepare a Japanese breakfast while Johannes still asleep. Normally I only eat and enjoy when it comes to Japanese food but today, I actually took some time to prepare this meal. Here is the result...
A traditional Japanese breakfast set
Top (1) Miso soup (2) steamed rice topped with black sesame (3) mussel sprinkled with ponzu sauce
Middle (1) Shimmered Daikon (2) Japanese Charsiu (3) Tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelete)
Bottom (1) Traditional Japanese breakfast set (2) Tsukemono - pickled carrot with shiso leave (3) Grilled chicken wings
It is actually more of a brunch serving than breakfast... enjoy..
