Today is definitely a Japanese Friday...
We started with this as our lunch
Zaru Udon - cold udon dips in the soy dipping sauce, a beef burger as side dish.
Tonight, we had some mussels cooked in Japanese way as well.

Johannes cooked all these Japanese Galore as usually, I have the blessing to tug in and enjoy...
It is almost weekend, the weather cools down significantly compared to yesterday.
