Onigri Today

A bit hang over, a bit tired from last night. A lot of calls to attend today… Just as I rushed to kitchen to make bread for quick lunch, I noticed Johannes cooked some Japanese rice and so instead of bread, I opt for onigri as alternative.

I took one bowl of rice, a packet of ochazuke mix, some black sesame and the last bit of Japanese seasoned anchovies. When all these are mixed well, I use the onigri mold to press the rice ball to shape. Then I rush back to my study room, dial in to the con-call and enjoying my onigri rice ball.
