Weekend Chef in Action

The weekend chef is active and running over the weekend

I cooked British India Curry Chicken for Friday’s dinner and also made some Guacamole in advanced for Saturday’s brunch.

In order not to waste food, I shred the left over Indian chicken curry into strips and heat it up as the filling for the freshly baked brown bread.

This is how it looks like when the chicken , guacamole, and some rocket leaves are put together.

Cooking relaxes me...
