Blueberries Scone

Is my off day today so there are a few foodie posts in a roll.

After the success of ume jam and the failure of Fuwa fuwa soy milk cake, I went ahead and made a batch of scones with fresh blueberries. Scones are easy to make and never take up more than 45 min from begining to the end.

It was a bit hard to work with the dough because the fresh blueberries kept producing moist as I knead and thus I have to keep dusting flour to get the consistent texture. I got it right anyhow at the end and here is the result....
