These weeks have been a roller coaster week for me in term of my health and emotions.Sometimes I am on the top of the world, alive and kicking, busy in the kitchen. Yet on other days (such as today), I am like at the very bottom... lying on my bed coping with the mild pain by sleeping away or eventually give up and took in the pain killers....
I am looking forward to 25th September where the roller coaster effect could potentially comes to an end...
