Japanese Sweets

Some more Japanese Sweets at home... The stock is definitely getting lower if not get replenish soon.

Fuku-guri - this was a whole chestnut wrapped in white an (sweet white bean paste) then a thin shiny kudzu layer and keshi (poppy seed) to make it look like the outside of the chestnut....delicious.
Snow waffle sandwiched with azuki paste, the waffle is very light and fluffy, to some extend live up to its name snow waffle
Another Japanese wagashi made of chestnut. A bit of the dry side eating on its own but if is best accompanied with tea...
Black Sesame mochi coated by ground white sesame. The sesame aroma is great and not overpowering, not too sweet either.
