My last cake fun before Christmas....



Here is my two-tier Christmas fondant decorated carrot cake

My first attempt in making the fondant figures, I am certainly satisfied with the out come snowman and Christmas tree

The bird's eye view of the cake, besides the word MERRY CHRISTMAS, I made holly with leaves as well

The front view of the cake covered with red (couldn't get the red red though... ) jingle bells

All in all, it has been a great cake baking and decorating filled free time that I enjoyed so much...

From now I have to concentrate on preparing the 'Turkey'....
