Since the end of last week, the Dutch is entering into a yearly Carnival period, a catholic festive celebration before the Lent in Christian calendar and typically celebrated in January or February. This culture is especially predominate in the southern part of Holland. I got a few photos of children dressing in the fancy dress costumes.
