Here are some information about kolo mee (干捞面/哥罗麵). It is just noodles, blanched in boiling water, mixed with some pork oil and fried shallot/garlic oil and topped with minced meat and barbecued pork. Frankly speaking it is actually quite oily but it is just the childhood flavors that entice me all the time. There are different versions of kolo mee I tried a few stalls this time but the best so far is the one that Cuthbert brought us with my (grand) nephews and (grand) nieces somewhere near Perdanak.
