Also on last Saturday (9th May 2009) after the short visit to the Japanese Garden, we returned home and I baked this 'ChoCoCo' cake - Chocolate Coconut Cake. I made this as a dessert for our friend as we were invited for dinner at his place with a few others. First time making this, but it is rather easy except the baking time is 60 min at a rather low 150C. This is how the batter looks like, the bottom is the chocolate mix and the white is actually egg white mixed with shredded coconut.

Since it is a dessert, so I couldn't tug in immediately, but waiting patiently... In fact I have to carry this into the car when it is still 'hot'...
4 hours later, after the dinner and a round of poker, the verdict - moist and aroma cake, it seems cocoa and coconut is a perfect match in cake... 4 people finishing a loaf of cake in less than 15 min...
