Last Sunday evening, we were invited to a home cook Taiwanese dinner at Rotterdam.
凉拌豆腐 (tofu cold dish, very Japanese like)
卤味 (lobak- I could almost drink up the greasy soup)
Top Right - 凉拌凤梨青瓜虾球 (pineapple cucumber prawn - cold dish)
Bottom Right - 宜蘭火鍋 (YiLan style hotpot soup, Yilan is a province in Taiwan)
Thank you for the taste of Taiwan.
