Despite of the sad ending note of Queen’s day yesterday, we did something special this time that is worth remembrance. Not just entirely devoted ourselves to the festival fun but also did something for God.Together with a few other people from the church, we set up one stall behind the church in Delft old time. We give away bottled water for free in exchange for a few moments/minutes to share the good news of Jesus Christ to the one who are thirsty or asked for water.
We worked together as a team on a process where one cut the printed scripture verse and robe, another punch a hole and another assembly the scripture and tie it to the bottles. The rest starting to catch the fish…
This is the final product to give away FREE... A bottle of water with a bible verse from John 4:14.

JESUS says : But whoever drinks the water I give him will NEVER THIRST. Indeed, the water I give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to ETERNAL LIFE. "
The general impression is people actually want to pay for the water and couldn't believe it is for free when told so. Many are willing to take a few moments to listen…
We waited for almost an hour to give away the last bottle and it was rather hard since we only have one left and people begin to be suspicious on our motive. Nevertheless, the Lord saves the best experience for the last… Johannes and Candice had a very good conversation with the last man who wanted to receive that bottle of water…
