This is another type of Dorayaki (三笠) that I have bought back to try at home. What is so different from previous one that I have posted before? Well there are hundred versions of Dorayaki although mostly made of sandwiched pancake with azuki paste in between. This one has a different word stamp on the pancake, and besides the azuki paste, there is also a layer of thin stretchy mochi which enhanced the texture of Dorayaki.
