My Cup of Tea

Yesterday after the walk in the nature, I made matcha green tea again. In fact I have been drinking once a day since our return from Japan but with the sunlight, everything just seems to be so different. Here is the making of Matcha.

The basic elements are (1) matcha powdered green tea (2) matcha bowl or any ceramic one (3) tea spoon - to tale out the tea powder (4) Bamboo whisk. Take a some powder from and put them in the bowl as in the photo.

Next, pour some 60-70C hot water to the bowl and whisk it with the bamboo whisk.

Then keep whisking until the tea is frothy and bubble

Matcha is ready to serve for immediate consumption before it becomes too cold.

!!Enjoy!!
