Home-made Onigri

We made Onigri a few days ago as it is quite easy to make. Based on a recipe that we found on internet we made some with the Japanese seasoned anchovies. Somehow it doesn't taste as delicious as those we had in Japan because

(1) The rice we used didn't give the fragrance Japanese rice should have. All Japanese rice available here are grow in USA (it is a cheat)

(2) The Seaweed/Nori that we used are tasteless

(3) The onigri was a bit too big (too much rice, too little content)

Anyway, some rooms for improvement
