Home made Japanese Food

I can’t believe the Japanese fever would last more than a week. Today is exactly a week since we were home from our Kyoto trip but our passion for Japanese food has not faded but going strong.

This is what we had for dinner tonight.

(1) Miso soup with bashi and nori

(2) Japanese rice garnished with Japanese toppings

(3) Grilled Teriyaki Salmon

Of course I am not the chef but Johannes.
